There are several posts describing the following scenario, but without solution
Although CD is already in drive, Windows asks you to insert it - unless the CD is already in the drive at bootu
I got it to work now (Windows XP Pro). Unfortunately I made 2 changes at the same time, so I don't know which one did the trick
In msconfig, I disabled on the services ta
1. Creative Services for CD ROM Access (comes with Creative Jukebox
2. C-Dilla CDAC11BA (Macrovision rights management component that gets silently installed with some programs and is supected to be spyware. Very difficult to remove completely; there are several other posts around this
