Please! I need help with "help".

When I click on "start" and then click on "help and support", nothing
happens.

Thanks for your help. I had already tried the solution you suggested and it
told me it could not fix the problem. I'm hoping that some WinXP expert can
help. Seems their could be a way to reinstall "Help and Support

Have you examined the list of services? Help might be disabled. Try
Start - Programs - Administrative Tools - Services. Scroll down the
list of services and see if Help and Support is disabled. If so, right
click it, choose Properties, and change the setting.
