I accidently deleted ALL!!! my emails & contacts at once.

So I went to my 'Deleted Items' folder (they were there) to retrieve them.
I told it to move all of them to a new folder that I named "oops" until I
could sort them out. It said that it would take a while to perform, I said
(clicked on) 'OK'.
It removed everything from the 'Deleted' folder, but never put anything in
my oops folder.

Obviously things are still somewhere since, when I started to send out a new
email it automatically picked up on the name I was sending it to. yet I can't
find any of it anywhere. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Autocompletion entries are not stored in Contacts Folders, so don't be so
sure they are "still somewhere."
Have you used Folder List view to examine your entire folder hierarchy?
Perhaps you moved the entire folder rather than just its contents. If so,
you will see it as a subfolder of "oops."

Greetings Russ,

Thank you for your assistance.

I see what you mean about the 'Autocompletetion', I guess I was just hoping
beyond hope............

Ok, No it did not make a sub-folder in 'oops'.

Any idea where to go from here?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Sincere Regards,

Amos R. Richardson

Using Folder List view to examine every folder in your hierarchy is the best
way to determine if they still exist. You could also used Advanced Find to
do the same.
