My desktop, icons and the start button and bar are all gone. All that I can see is my desktop's background. I can access some files by pressing: Ctrl+Alt+Delete and starting a new task, but I need to get my start bar and desktop back. I'm unable to right-click on the desktop, and I don't know what else to do. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, and I don't know why either. Is there any way for me to get my desktop back without having to use my restore disk? I'm sick of losing my saved files, and I don't want to have to keep restoring my computer if this keeps happening
