PLEASE HELP

Hello, I am experiencing an Error window that says - Error
calling/Servlet/What?JAR=IOS.jar&_SERVLET=profile. I am trying to get into my
direct deposit information with my employer after I've signed in correctly
(the signing in is not a problem) I have been in this area many times before
with no problem and nothing has changed as far as I can tell.
Please advise as to what to do to disable this window from coming up. Many

I can't figure out how to create a new thread. I see the "New" icon on the
upper left of the screen, but when I click on it, nothing happens. Hmmm...

Do yourself a favor, and go to
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/guide/newsgroups.mspx and read
"Using an NNTP Newsreader." You have one already installed (Outlook
Express), although there are several others.
