my windows xp o/s runs very slow and the task manager always says the cpu usage is at 100%. How can i fix this problem and make my o/s run faster. Since i am useing a different computer i was hoping there was a download i can save to a disk and transfer it to my computer thank you

Perform a virus scan with an updated antivirus, and a scan looking for
malware using updated ad-aware and spybot:
Ad-aware
