Please Help with this error message...

When I turn on my laptop I receive the following message

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\hhctrl.ocx is not a valid windows
image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

I also cannot click into control panel, my computer, or any of those items
from the start panel. Please help!

Hi

Could you please search Windows Explorer for that file and post back the
size and date of it? Are you running SP2?
