Please help with my Macro!

I would like to create a Macro in Excel which runs when I delete a cell.

I would like it to delete certain cells in the same row.

e.g. when I delete the contents of cell B5 it will delete the contents of H5, M5 and N5. This should be relative to the cell I delete so that if I delete B10 H,M and N 10 also delete.

I cannot do this with an IF function as H,M and N contain Data Validation.

Any ideas?
