I have a leather briefcase with combination locks. I haven't used it
in years. When I went to open it with my combination the left lock
opened up but the other won't budge. I know that I have set both locks
to the same three number combination. Says Franzen on the locks.
On the latch that opened I see 2011 FRANZEN.
How can I salvage this briefcase?
Thanks

If you are sure of the combination, squirt WD40 in any opening in the
lock, tap it with a hammer, then play with it untill it opens or you get
tired of the procedure. Then force it open. After this, replace the lock
if you still value the briefcase.

Franzen is a brand name.

Leather Briefcase

Hi,

I am a big fan of leather office product. I am using brown leather briefcase. It looks nice and Laptop compatible. It is Compact multi-compartment briefcase opens to a 90 degree angle. It has three spacious divided interior compartments, Internal Storage pockets for business cards, pens, PDA and cell phone, one internal zippered pocked, One internal padded laptop expandable pocket with leather secured straps. I love it.

Thanks

Harry
