Please Help, trying to set up Email in Windows Mail..Not working

Hi, I am trying to set up email using my email account and I get this message:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.yahoo.com', Server:
'mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong, and how I can correct it?
