I'm in a networked, office environment, with all
workstations using Outlook 2000, connecting to an exchange
2000 server. For one user, when she tried opening outlook,
we get the following error message :
"The name could not be resolved. The MS exchange address
book was unable to log onto the MS exchange server
computer. Contact your system admin"
I have no network connectivety issues, as this is the only
computer with the problem. I've uninstalled/re-installed
Office several times, and even deleted/rebuilt the users
profile several times to no avail. I've even gone into
Active directory on the server, and verified all her
settings are equal to everyone elses. Im stumped, can
anyone help please?
thanks
