please help... on excel

I have 10 full pages of rates in USD and i have to exchange the rates into
SGD. do i have to do 1 by 1 or there are easier way. it will take me 1 mth to
complete!! please help as i am not well verse in computer.
 
1 In an empty cell on Sheet1, type the number that converts USD to SGD (a
number like 1.23)
2 Copy this cell with the Copy tool
3 Select all the cells to be converted
4 Use the menu command Edit | Paste Special and in the Paste Special dialog
check the Multiply box
5 Repeat steps 3 and 4 on all other sheets
6 Return to Sheet1 and delete the cell with the conversion number (1.23)
7 Make a cup of coffee and rejoice but DO REMEMBER TO SAVE Workbook
