please help me!!!

I have windows xp and by accident I delited my serch history and now I need
some of the websites visited and the informations I am not really an expert
in computers can I get them back some how?

If is posible can some one tell me how?

Probably not, unless you had a full backup (such as an image backup) made
before you did this. Note that you should save your important websites,
etc., in favorites/bookmarks,and not rely on volatile data in the 'history'
cache.
