Please help me!!!

OK, I have a problem. I was playing a PC game and I accidentaly overwrote the
wrong file and I don't have one of my saves anymore. Is there a way to change
the file to the way it was? Is there a program that can change this? Please
help.

No. If you overwrote the file - saved it with the same name as the
original file - the original file is gone. Unless you backed up the
saved game files, there is no way to get it back to the original.

Or it's possible that Windows "deleted" the old file as it wrote a new
one with the same name. (I'm not sure a file's "overwritten".) In that
case, "Undelete" or similar free software might find the file and offer
to restore it. That's because, when a file is deleted, its first
character is changed so the file's blocks of data are marked as
available. If you stop writing to that hd. till you download and run
undelete software, you might find and repair the file.

Would system restore be any use? It doesnt usually affect My docs but some
game saves are stored with the game program.
