If you want us to answer your question, you must first ask it. As it

Common Usenet procedure is to include a terse description of your problem
in the subject line of your message, and the complete description of the
problem in the body of your message.
Most will simply ignore your question if it is not included in the body of
your message.
If you want us to attempt to diagnose your problem, you must include a
full description of your problem in the body of your message, giving us as
much information as possible, such as: Operating System, Motherboard type,
the name of the program you are having problems with, etc.
