Please help me - Admin password unknown

I work for a school and the person who installed
WindowsXP on our library computer does not work here
anymore. We have tried to find him - no luck ! We need
to make changes on our Circulation Desk server, but we
can't without the Admin password for WindowsXP. Will
somebody please tell me how to bypass the password,
delete the password or retrieve the password ???
