Please Help! Lost printer, can't install, can't do homework

My brother's been messing with the computer. He pressed the wrong button in
"WinPatrol" and deleted a startup program.
I find that we've lost all the printers, and when I try to install Windows
refuse


O/S WindowsXP Pro

Please help! I've got homework to do.
