PLEASE HELP!!! Hotmail into Personal Folders inbox

Is there a way to deliver hotmail messages into the inbox
in my personal folders and NOT the hotmail inbox? I am
using outlook 2003 on xp and basically just want some
type of notification everytime I get a new message in the
hotmail folders, but nothing works. Please help.
