please fix the text cursor size bug in word

When I open a new document or an old document, suddenly, my text cursor is
tiny. This is in print layout. I can fix this by zomming in or out or by
switching to normal layout and then print layout. But this a pain to keep
having to do. Can you fix this bug? I looked all over your site and found
no mention of it. I looked on the web and found two mentions in a Google
group for Word users. Please check this out and fix it as it is bugging me
to no end.

I'm surprised that Google turned up only two hits on this, as this question
is asked and answered in these NGs at least once a day. I don't know that we
have any evidence that this is a Word problem, and, FWIW, I have never
experienced it, nor have the great majority of Word users.
