what is the meaning and the functions of the following:
1.random access memory

This is a psychological condition in which the sufferer
gives the correct answer to a different question.
2.working storage area and buffer area

A working storage area is floor space shared by
manufacturing equipment and inventory bins.

It becomes a buffer area after being waxed.
3. dot matrix printer and laser printer

A dot matrix printer is one that uses your body as a
battery while delivering virtual reality experiences,
all the while logging hard copy.

A laser printer is a lithographer with a SciFi weapon.
5.ploter and printer

A plotter is someone making devious plans.

A printer is someone who depletes forests by creating
mass quantities of redundant hard copy.
6. a terminal and a workstation

A terminal is a place where you get off one bus and catch
another.

A workstation is a spot where you stand and assemble
carburetors.
7.synchronous transfer and asynchron synchronous transfer

Synchronous transfer is when you run the garbage disposal
in one sink and the sewage comes up in another.

Asynchron synchronous transfer is the same thing, except
that the homeowner is a Canadian guy who stutters.
8.Bit and byte

A bit is a device you put in an animal's mouth to control
it.

A byte is what they call a fishing worm in Australia.
9. realtime and online process

Realtime is the interval you spend buying or selling a house.

An online process is when you lay a rope on the floor and people use it to
march single file.
10. serial and panael transfer.

Serial is something you drown in milk and eat for breakfast.

Panael transfer is when somebody steals your car radio.

Really.

You got them all correct !!

ROTFL

sheesh..what's next?...

For my usual fee - your lunch money for a month - you shall have your
answers.

See ya on the playground,

PS - I think Sister Mary Margret is onto me - try to keep it hush-hush.

1.random access memory

A memory that you can't seem to control. It is accessed randomly while
thinking about something totally unrelated. Usually from childhood.
2.working storage area and buffer area

A place to polish your shoes.
3. dot matrix printer and laser printer

Both are printers. One prints dot matrices. The other prints lasers.
5.ploter and printer

Two misspellings of the same word.
6. a terminal and a workstation

Two kinds of diseases. One is fatal. The other may or may not be, but
manifests itself at your workstation.
7.synchronous transfer and asynchron synchronous transfer

Two different kinds of transfers, one of which is redundantly misspelled.
8.Bit and byte

Something you put in a horses mouth, and what you should avoid while doing
so.
9. realtime and online process

The opposite of an imaginary time and offline process
10. serial and panael transfer.

Something you eat for breakfast, and a kind of transfer involving bread.
