playing videos

I can't seem to get the video to play. I get a message to
change the pix and downsize the bits but it still doesn't
work. Is there something else that has to be installed?

I have this same problem with my DVD player which by the
way use to work very well. I have two monitors attached to
my computer, to default video card and an ATI card I
installed. I tried different settings for the color debt
and pixels but nothing works. While I don't have an answer
for you I just want you to know that I feel your pain. If
however you receive an answer please email me with the
solution(I will do the same).
