Playing DVD

I am getting a message from a US made DVD that I cannot play it on my
computer because I am not in the right region of the world? Any suggestions
for solving this problem?

Move to the right region of the world?

What does this have to do with Windows XP?
 
I believe it was "Saturday Night" <Saturday

You can change your DVD region via

Right-click drive > Properties > Hardware > [Click on drive] > Properties >
DVD Region

*BUT* you can only do that a limited number of times.
