I have a presentation with embedded audio files (wav). When I initiate a
Slide Show with automatic transitions, the audio files to do complete. The
slide show is not advancing to the next slide and cutting off the audio, it
just doesn't complete the audio file. Sometimes it just misses the last word
or so, other times it will miss the majority of the audio file. Any Ideals?

Shadow,
Check out the information on this page of Steve Rindsberg's PPT FAQ:

I believe life is meant to be lived. But:
if we live without making a difference, it makes no difference that we lived

One thing that I like to do is add a small transparent rectangle at the lower
right corner of the slide and animate it to appear 2 seconds "after previous",
i.e. after the audio. Then I test it and reduce it to 1 second or less if I
want. That seems to ensure that the sound file always completes.
