Oblivion

Hi,

I have Power Point 2003 with the SP1 installed, and Windows Media Player 10.

I want to play an avi in my presentation, but it is compressed in the xvid
format.

I tried adding it directly into the presentation, but it didn't play. I then
tried to add it as an objet, but the quality is awful. After that I tried to
add it as a media clip object but I don't have that option in the «type of
object» box.

I finally managed to add it is as a windows media player object, but it I
can't seem to manage to strech the «image». Every time that I enlarge the
video in Power Point, it plays once as a bigger image, and then it comes
back to the original size (640X480) when I switch to another slide, come
back and play it again, even though the «strech to fit» option in the video
properties is set to true.

Any help would be reallt appreciated!

Deat User,
You need to do a lot of work to do this.
First download River Past Video Cleaner trial from any one of the following
:
http://www.soft32.com/download_4937.html
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Video-Editors/River-Past-Video
-Cleaner.shtml
http://www.riverpast.com/en/prod/videocleaner/download.php
http://www.worldssp.net/software/River-Past-Video-Cleaner.htm

Now follow the tutorial in this page to convert xvid to avi :
http://www.riverpast.com/en/support/tutorials/convert/xvid/avi.php

Now insert the created avi into powerpoint.
Cheers,
Suvodip Moitra
