Play sound when hourglass icon Appears

I have the Jeopardy theme tune as a wav file. Is it possible to associate
the WAV file so that it plays when the hourglass icon appears.

The "hourglass icon" is appearing because your computer is busy
processing something and the icon is telling you to wait patiently for
it to finish. Even if you could associate a sound with that (and no, I
don't know how you would do that) it would be foolish to add more stuff
for your computer to be working on at that point.
