play audio cd with slide show

I have a multislide presentation and I want a song on a cd to play during the presentation. The song is in a mg3 format. I have followed the help instructions and inserted movie and sounds play cd audio track. I set the start and stop options. However, there is no "Stop After.. " option to tell it to play for xx number of slides. Each slide is set up to transition automatically after 6 sec. However, when I put the play cd audio track on a slide, the slide will not advance to the next slide.
 
After inserting the sound, right click on the icon and select Custom
Animations. In the Task Pane at the right, your media object will be
listed. Right click on it and select "Effects Options". Under the Effect
tab set "Stop playing" to After XX slides.
