Play a sound

Maybe some one has already done this or knows how to do it.
I want to put a button on a page that starts and then stops a an .mp3 sound
file.
Every search I do finds plenty on background sounds, But I would like the
viewer to be able to stop the sound if they want to.

It is step by step and very easy to follow, then when you have the add-on
downloaded and you add it, it has a wizard that will guide you the rest of
the way!
