Are you getting a warning message? Sounds like you've got a virus and
should immediately check with your anti-virus program. If that's clean, you
may have an issue of the RAM going bad. There are some online RAM checkers
available for free.

That has GOT to be the most lame answer to that kind of question that
I've ever heard.

Before you can even venture that response, you should have asked, what
speed processor, how much ram, what video card, and what settings the
user was running his machine with.

And, to the original poster, I'm betting you're problem is video card
related.
