I know that this topic has been discussed a lot but couldn't find a
convincing solution to the problem.
What I want is that is all my outgoing mails should be plain text.
The new ones can be taken care of by setting tools->options->mail format to
"plain text".
However when replying to HTML formatted mails, Outlook changes the reply
format to html.
Is there a option to set the replies to plain text as well?
I know outlook express can do, but can I do the same in outlook?
