placing Images in MenuItems

hi,

I want to display Images next to MenuItem names in VB .NET as we see them
in Open,Close , ..... Items in File menu of
any windows software.

I made some googling but didn't get any useful information as to how can it
be accomplished.

Could anybody please let me know how will I be able to achieve the same.

Any help would be appreciated.
