Places Bar in Word 2007

I just installed Office2007 from 2003. Running Vista.
I want to change Favorite Links when i go to save a file.
I dont see the Places Bar on the left that was in 2003. When i click on
Tools, only Map Network Drive is offered-nothing else.
 
Right click on the empty area at the bottom of the Favorite Links and select
"Open Favorite Links Folder" from the popup. You can then add or remove what
you want.
