Hi all,

This one should be simple :) How do I display all records in
PivotTable rather than just the subtotal? For example:-

Name A = 50
Name A = 50
Name A = 50
Subtotal = 150

Rather than the following:-

Name A = 150
Subtotal = 150

Hi

A pivot table is for summarising data. What you want is to subtotal. Sort
your spreadsheet by Name, to get all like together, and got to Data /
Subtotals and set your options there.

Thanks Andy. I know there's a way to subtotal *and* display al
records in a PivotTable. I've done it before but can't remember how
