Pivoting - Problem

I would like to pivot the above below to read as the below (Keeping the main
Client NR as the main pivot, I need each account rep to be a indepedent
column and not duplicate.)

Drag CLIENT NR to "Drag row fields here"
Drag CLIENT NM to between "DROP COLUMN FIELDS" and "DROP ROW FIELDS".
Drag EXEC ACCT REP to "DROP COLUMN FIELDS"
I'm not sure what data you want to evaluate however.
