How do i get the Title of each Table to be at the top of
each page. for exaple when i scrool down to page 2 i
want the titles to scrool down as well.

Maybe you could just use window|freeze panes.

make sure the headers are visible.
select the cell to the right of the column you want to stay always visible under
the headers.

then window|freeze panes.
