Pivot tables - Hiding Totals

How do I hide the totals that show up on the pivot table form? I only need
the look of the pivot table for my text fields and have nothing to add up. I
can't seem to find a button or a command that would just make them disappear.

Am a bit of a newby to this, but am working with pivot tables myself at the
moment.

I think what you want to do is to open the pivot table form in View mode -
right click anywhere in the pivot table and select field list close to the
bottom of the menu. This should bring up the Pivot Table field list.

At the tob of the field list should be a totals category with the fields you
have created a calculation on. Righ click the 'totals' you want to remove and
click delete. This should immediately show in your pivot table.
