Pivot Table Selection

I used to have check boxes in my drop down boxes, but now they are gon

anyone know the answer?
 
I have had this happen to me, seemed to depend on where
the drop down boxs are. It they are at top of page there
are no check boxs. If they are futher down in the Pivit
Tabel thet will have check boxs.
