D Debra Dalgleish Jul 12, 2005 #2 What are you trying to do in the pivot table? What do you have selected when you choose the Order command? If you're trying to rearrange the items in a field, right-click on the item in the heading area, and choose Order, then one of the Move options.

D Debra Dalgleish Jul 13, 2005 #4 If the Date is the only field in the Row or Column area, the move options won't be available. Try dragging the Date field to the location you want it.
