Pivot Table Layout Question

Hello,

I have a pivot table question. My data fields are: Month, Employee,
Project, Task, Hours_worked. I make a table using Month, Employee &
Project as Rows and Sum of hours-worked as the Data. I would like to
add a "%" column to the right of the Sum of hours-worked where the
percentage would total to 100% for each individual month when the data
covers several months, and in a different look, where the percentage
would total to 100% for the employee over several months, and in a
different look, where the percentage would total to 100% for each
project within 1 month. These are likely related.

Put Month in the Row area, and Project and Employee in the column area.
Then, use the % of Column setting for Hours in the data area.
