Pivot Table defaults autosum values to nearest whole number

How can I get Access 2003 to display and calculate to a 3 place decimal?

When the value is 0.051, the pivot table defaults to 0.

If I multiply the value by 100 (5.1), the pivot table defaults to 5.
 
Your number field in your table is set to Integer or Long Integer. Set it to
Single or Double.

Thanks for the suggestion. It wasn't exactly the solution but it gave me
the suggestion I needed to solve the problem.
