Pivot table and manipulation

Hi,

I have 2 problems with my Pivot Tables:
1) How can I use easily totals sorted in a PT in another
formula (now I'm doing a 'copy/paste value' but that is
ofcourse not easy to use ...)
2) How can I give the totals the PT gives to me a
different format, eg bold or red text?

You can use the GETPIVOTDATA formula to extract data from a pivot table.
There is information and examples in Excel's Help file.

What problem are you having with formatting the totals. You should be
able to select them and apply the formatting options that you want.
