Piviot Table

I have a pivot table and would like to add a auto filter on the source data
so i can remove data from the pivot but i can not find a way to do it
Any ideas
 
A pivot table will show all data from the source table, even if some
rows are hidden by filtering.

You could place some fields in the Page area of the PivotTable, and use
those to filter the data that's displayed in the PivotTable.

I would do it using the drop down on the piviot table it's self but It would
mean the user needs to deselect all they don't want instead of the ones they
do
