pink screen

There could be several reasons:
1. Monitor going bad (does it change if you give it a "rap"on the side?)
2. Loose monitor plug - turn off system, unplug from computer, re-plug in to
computer, make sure the holds are tight - if you've got one of the monitors
that also plugs the cable into it, instead of being a fixed cable, check the
connection there, too.
3. Broken wiring in the cable.

Only #2 doesn't lead to a replacement monitor....

Hi Barry,
If the monitor is not going bad, your PCs video card or the PC itself may
be overheating. Check your fans for excess dust buildup. Maybe even add an
extra fan.
