and I'm sure you have solved many problems
( including some of mine )
I notice you often refer posters to appropriate
MKB articles. How do you Know the right ones out of what
must be 1000's of articles?
Is there a way to get a list of articles in the MKB
or do you have a "The Knowledge" - similar
to London taxi drivers who know every street ?

Hi Tranz,

I use the search feature. :] Typically, the ones that I link to are ones
that I've been made aware of by either finding on my own or seeing them in
other people's answers. Also, when there is a specific error message
posted, pasting that into Google will usually find the answer in 0.28
seconds.
