Sent an email to (e-mail address removed) on 5/21.
subj: telphone.zip - contact database
email attachment - telphone.zip (2.19k [2,250 bytes], dated 2001-5-21).
telphone.zip contains 2 files - readme.txt and telphone.dwh.
The latter is the template for an address book and can be used/modified
for any ascii delimited text file program. it's a revision of
contacts.dwh
that came with dBworx db. regards, Helium

Thanks, Susan. One change to the description you posted is necessary:
telphone.zip (not telphone.dwh) contains 2 files - readme.txt and
