In Firefox, I can't see a Contact link on that page. I sure wish he'd
write a version for W98SE.

Frank, Unlocker's author has probably decided not to put his email
on his website to prevent it from spam so please don't post it in a
newsgroup, or at least not in an easy collectable way.
