program, ping.exe is a dos program. Or are you now going to try to
redefine 'program' in a vain attempt to make black look like white?
That's a wise thing to do, but bear in mind that some trolls morph..=Some= command lines are build in to command.com, or cmd.exe, and could
arguable be defined as 'not programs'. Ping.exe most definitely is a
program, and has been for a long time.
