Do you mean attachments that are ACTUALLY photos
OR
attachments whose file extension SUGGESTS that
they are Photos?

From a security aspect, I don't think its safe.

What EXACTLY do you want to do?

outlook does not automatically display pictures unless the Sender embeds
them or inserts them inline, thank goodness.
