let me know when yl figure this out. I am also having problems putting
pictures and logos into 'my pictures'

I will let you know when the cloud pass by and rub my crystal ball to see
the future of your problem and a solution?.
Please help us help you, you could wait for long time or forever for an
answer on this. You need to provide more info about your issue, like your
Operating System, What you want to achieve in what
directory/folder/application, is there are any error messages pop-up tell say
for example " You will be smacked if you changed the Picture" or Access
Denied" or RunTime error..blah...blah.
