Pictures inside an Outlook Email

Why can't I see any pictures in any email received in Outlook? This doesnt
refer to attachments, just the HTML images that make up logos, for example.
I dont think I flipped a setting, and when I forward the email to my hotmail
box, all the html pictures show up.....

Tools menu > Options > Security tab > Change Automatic Download Settings
button. Check/uncheck what you will, at your own peril.
