I am part of an Outlook 2003 pilot group at work. (Migrating from Lotus
Notes). The pictures pasted on some of my e-mail is distorted. If someone has
pasted a print screen on a e-mail, I get a black & white line art version of
the picture...(black dots in shades of gray). If I paste a pic on an e-mail &
have it returned back to me, it works fine... but if someone else sends me an
e-mail with a picture .. I get the gray scale dotted version.
Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks in advance.

Are you using Word as your email editor?

No, I am not using Word 2003 as my email editor. Its been grayed out, I can
not even select it if I want to.

Oh..Just found out.. the reason why Word as a choice for email editor is
grayed out is because we have Office 2002 (XP) & Outlook 2003 is not
compatible with other versions of Office.
